About the Photographer
Born in Poland, Lucy Joanna Bottomley (née Sowinska) is a long-time resident of Ottawa, Canada, a librarian and an information specialist, now retired. She is an avid photographer who explores many themes in photography, such as architectural lines, marvels of nature or abstract details. Her photographic work depicts often the graphical interaction of colour, with, at times, human element included for the purpose of scale.
She is passionate about life as she continues her journey, firm in her belief that life, and life experiences, to be enjoyed must be shared.
